I am a licensed MFT. I earn my MA in CP from Santa Clara University, and continue to take ongoing training to learn stay u to date. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet your individual goals, and I emphasize psychodynamic and existential techniques.

My approach to therapy is holistic, relational, and insight-based. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet your individual goals, and I emphasize psychodynamic techniques. Sometimes, therapy can….may determine early on the source of conflict, and we will increase our attention in that area. Other times, we may focus on attachment patterns, interactions with others, past experiences, thinking patterns, among other things. One objective of therapy is to gain awareness into our experiences to successfully make positive choices in the present and reshape our mindset.  

Therapy can lead you to solve ongoing struggles in relationships, reduce feelings of loneliness, improve self-esteem, foster a positive mood, and give meaning to recurring thoughts. It can help you move through a break up, the loss of a loved one, changes in lifestyle, unpleasant pattern in mood, and other challenging transitions in life. In time, you may set healthy boundaries with others, communicate genuinely, have richer interactions and relationships, make genuine choices, and have a healthy attitude.

What are the hours of availability?

What payments are accepted? Self-pay payments are accepted. At your request, a superbill can be provided that you may submit directly to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.
