My journey in the mental health field began in 2014, providing resources to families in underrepresented communities in San José, CA. Over the years, I have provided services to families and their children, teens, adults, and couples from different backgrounds.

I am interested in understanding the “emotional suffering” we experience in our lives, such as difficulty finding motivation, the loss of a loved one, or the challenges of being a new parent.

My hope is to join you in your current process and together develop a stronger understanding of yourself, your environment, and how to cope. Whether it is new stage in life, the break-up of a relationship, daily anxieties, self-doubt, or something else, therapy can help to improve our mental and physical health.
